New lunch club opening |

Karibu African Women's Support Group and the Town & Bridge ActivAge project are starting a new lunch club on Wednesdays from 6 October at Burlington Road Baptist Church.
They will be serving a range of delicious healthy African dishes in the Morris Room at 12.30pm. The cost s £4 for eat in or take away.
Also there will be an opportunity to join in the chair based exercise session at 11.30 am aimed at improving mobility, posture & stregnth for only £1.50, suitable for beginners and led by a qualified instructor.
